Abdulaziz Al Shalhoub,
the Saudi Protocol Expert, holds a bachelor’s degree in law from King Saud University in 1985. He gained his protocol expertise from working in royal ceremonies for over 37 years, gradually progressing through various positions until he reached the position of Director General of the Office of Secretaries and Visits. His main responsibilities included arranging visits and reception ceremonies for heads of state and important personalities as guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince. He also supervised the organization of agreement signing ceremonies in the Royal Court and arranged internal and external visits for the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the Crown Prince.
He has received several royal honors and certificates of appreciation for his contributions to the development of royal ceremonial operations.
He participated as a key member in organizing and planning several international summits, conferences, and events such as the G20 Summit inside and outside the Kingdom, Arab and Islamic Summits, the Future Investment Initiative (FII) conference, as well as several royal conferences and visits within Saudi Arabia and abroad.
